Summer 2016: Artwork
Reflections of Transitioning
by Carolyn Campbell
Size: 8" x 9.5"
Medium: Digital Photo Montage
Artist Statement:
For me, this piece captures the unsettling moments of Self transition: When we face our own sense of identity, perception, being, and truth. When we discover our Self in a world that doesn’t fit who we know we are inside. There is a sadness. There is hope. There is a moment when we choose to honor our deepest SELF, even when others want us to stay as they want us to be.
