Winter 2013: Prose
![Prose Section Artworkfor - Winter 2013 Issue](../Images/2013 1-Winter/SectionArt-Prose.jpg)
Introduction
Since memoir is one of the most popular genres on the market today, it’s no surprise that the three prose selections in this edition fall into that category. From a family at odds over a member’s sexual orientation, to a trip to Norway filled with cultural conflict, to a high schooler’s tangle with friends and vandalism, each author offers us what good memoir requires: the emotional truth behind memory. Each delivers her truth in abundance from the opening lines to the last period.
