Winter 2013: Artwork
Introduction
Our Winter 2013 edition features paintings by Anne John and Huon Quach and photographs by Betty Joe Armstrong and Jean Harkin. Each presents a unique way of looking at the people we love and the world we inhabit. Even if you have not seen these particular views before, you will recognize them, it – and you.

We've used Tonia's photographs to accompany each of our section’s introductions. To view a larger, un-cropped version and read more about the artwork, click on an image in the gallery below. Tonia's biography follows.
I am a lifelong learner, teacher, traveler, photographer and writer. I tell stories using words and images. Both writing and photography help me bear witness to memorable moments. The writer in me is restless and pouty, never quite satisfied. The photographer is peaceful and curious, patient and playful. One day, I hope my photographer will teach my writer to chill.
